I published my Police and Crime Plan, outlining how I aimed to deliver the improvements local people want to see in policing services.

Every year I am required to publish an Annual Report and present it to the Police and Crime Panel for their comment. The Report gives information about progress towards the achievement of my Police and Crime Plan.
